What an incredible wedding celebration for the new Mr & Mrs Shaw!

I recently had the pleasure of providing the evening entertainment for Alex & Clare’s wedding at the stunning Sandon Hall. Set within beautiful, picturesque surroundings, it’s an amazing venue for a wedding and provided the perfect backdrop for their special day.

From the moment I arrived, Alex and Clare were absolutely brilliant to work with, and it was a real pleasure being trusted to provide the soundtrack to such an important part of their wedding.

The DJ Setup at Sandon Hall

For the evening reception, we brought in a powerful setup designed to give the room plenty of energy without taking away from the character of the venue.

The setup included:

FBT XSUB 18 subwoofers
FBT XPRO 12 tops
6 moving head lights
2 LED strobes
Professional DJ booth and lighting control

The FBT system gave us fantastic sound throughout the room, while the moving heads and strobes completely transformed the space once the evening party got underway.

Country, Motown, House & Throwbacks

Alex and Clare wanted a brilliant mixture of music throughout the evening, and their guests were up for everything!

We moved between country, Motown, house and plenty of throwback favourites, allowing the music to change throughout the night depending on what was getting the biggest reaction from the dancefloor.

There were also some fantastic song choices for the key moments of the wedding.

With Alex and Clare clearly being Luke Combs fans, it was brilliant being able to incorporate his music into so many of the important moments of their evening.

They were an amazing couple to work with, their guests brought a fantastic atmosphere, and nights like this are exactly why I love what I do.
